1. Always carry a water bottle with you. Whether it is a meeting in an office or to a concert, make sure you tag along a bottle of water and drink from it every now and then.
2. Take slow, small sips of water from time to time since drinking gulps of water may get boring.
3. Include water rich fruits and vegetables in your diet like watermelon, tomatoes etc.
4. Add vitamin supplements to water and drink it. You can use powdered vitamin supplements to create your own vitamin drink.
5. Try to change the brand of mineral water you drink from time to time. This may help you acquire new taste in water and will keep you from getting bored.
6. Drink lot of fruit juices, especially homemade fresh fruit juices.
7. Drink healthy beverages like lemon tea, green tea etc.
8. Make sure you know how much you are drinking everyday, because even when it may see like you are drinking a lot of water, it may not be enough. So keep a watch and meet the requirements.
9. Don’t wait for you to be thirsty to drink water. Even when you aren’t thirsty, drink water.
10. You can alternate between cold and warm water if you wish. This will make you feel like you are not just drinking the plain old water!
