1. Guzzle tons of water
You might read this and think ‘What’s the big deal in drinking water?’ There is a big deal and we’ll tell you how. If you start drinking 10 to 12 glasses daily, you will fill up your empty stomach. This will decrease your urge to snack. Did you know that water also dissolves fats and gets rid of toxins?
2. Walk, walk, walk
When we say walk, we mean a regular, brisk walk. Start taking 30 minute long rounds of your neighborhood in the evening. It’ll be lovely if you could add jogging, swimming, cycling, Pilates or aerobics to this routine. Doing these activities regularly will have a direct effect on trimming down the nasty tummy fats.
2. Have mini meals
This might seem like a pain when you’re not in the habit of doing it. But trust us ladies, this has done us much good and we urge you to do the same. Instead of having two heavy meals, all you need to do is split them into three to four mini meals every day. You’ll avoid snacking this way and not load up your stomach at one go.

With targeted tummy exercises such as crunches, sit ups, twisting, bending, leg lifts and air cycling, you will be directing all your energies specifically in burning your fat.
