Vitamin C or ascorbic acid is a very essential nutrient for the human body. Hence foods rich in vitamin C should figure prominently in your daily diet. 1. Orange

Orange is a very rich source of vitamin C. In fact, other citrus fruits closely related to it, like clementine and tangerine, also contain vitamin C in different amounts. 2. Papaya
