Known by different names ranging from muskmelon to Persian melon, this fruit is a good source of vitamin C. And the good thing is that it comes in a variety of sizes and can be eaten in a variety of forms.

10. Grapefruit

Apart from being a rich source of vitamin C, grapefruit contains salicylic acid which helps prevent arthritis and has antiseptic properties as well, all the more reason to include grapefruit in your diet.
