5 Symptoms of Low Blood Pressure

4. Irregular heart beat

When the heart is unable to pump blood properly, the condition may lead to inappropriate heartbeat. The condition is also called as arrhythmia. Sometimes the condition makes it impossible for the heart to pump blood to even maintain normal blood pressure.

5. Headache

Whenever the blood pressure lowers, it can lead to headaches. The headaches caused by blood pressure variations are called orthostatic and generally occur when there is a sudden change in the pressure of your head. Sometimes, this can even lead to nausea.

Low blood pressure though not as dangerous as high blood pressure, needs immediate medical attention, especially if the condition worsens or there is more than one symptom. Also, if a low BP patient faints, make the person lie down on the ground and raise the patient’s feet. Once blood flow becomes normal, consciousness will be regained.
