4 Foods High In Cholesterol

3. Foods with whole fat

Foods with whole fat are not good for the body as they tend to raise the cholesterol level of the body. Some whole-fat foods also have saturated fat, which is again bad for cholesterol. This increases the bad cholesterol level of the body. Foods like dairy products and proceeded cheese and butter contain whole fat. Avoid having these foods on a daily basis. Or else, substitute these foods with low cal or low fat foods that are easily available today.

4. Foods with added sugar

Foods that are high in sugar not only increase the cholesterol level of the body, but also increase weight. Foods with added sugar increase the bad cholesterol level and risk of heart diseases. So, avoid foods with added sugar, such as table sugar, sweet syrups like maple and corn syrup. For your daily intake, substitute sugar with low cal sugar option.

Avoid the above foods and keep your cholesterol level in control.
