3. Yogurt

A face pack with yogurt in it can be very useful in summers. People with dry skin can mix honey with sour yogurt and apply on the exposed areas. People whose skin is oily can mix a few drops of lemon and apply. Keep on for 15 to 20 minutes and wash off. This helps in removing darkening caused due to exposure to sun and instantly brightens up the skin. Yogurt also helps in controlling hyper pigmentation which is triggered due to exposure to sun.

4. Sunscreen

Applying a sunscreen lotion is extremely important in summer. Depending on the intensity of heat, you can choose sunscreens ranging from SPF 20 to SPF 50. Apply at least ten minutes before leaving home. In fact, it is also beneficial to apply a low strength sunscreen when you are at home.

Before going to bed, wash your face with a deep cleanser and apply moisturizer.
