Going to the gym may not sound like a very comforting idea while you are in your periods, but doing some floor exercise may help in easing menstrual pain. Try some generic floor exercises such as lying flat on your back and stretching your legs to 45 degrees off the ground level. You call also twist your legs from the abdomen on both sides while you are lying flat on your back.
