7 Ways We Suggest Maria Shriver To Reduce Her Pain

Maria Shriver, 55, is at one of her life’s toughest phases. Once known for her rich family background and extremely successful career, she is now in the news for her separation from actor-politician Arnold Schwarzenegger. Maria’s life is headed to a downhill. She recently lost her parents Sargent Shriver and Eunice Kennedy Shriver. Her children Katherine (21), Christina (19), Patrick (17), and Christopher (13) have all grown up and are busy with their respective lives; hence, she is devoid of her children’s attention for the first time in her life.

However, the major reason for all the pain she is suffering at present is due to her husband, Arnold Schwarzenegger. After Arnold’s disappointing term as the Governor of California, the couple had a hard time moving away from Sacramento to their Brentwood mansion. It is during this transition phase that Arnold confessed to Maria that he fathered a child out of the wedlock with one of their old household staff, Mildred Patricia Baena, who had worked with them for a good twenty years and had recently retired after Arnold completed his second term in office. Mildred, married then, always worshiped Arnold. He, on the other hand, claimed to be suffering from a ‘sexless’ marriage as a result of Maria’s erratic schedules and long absence. This is when the two got together and the result was the baby, who was born in 2003, while Arnold was running for governorship. She is not Arnold’s first mistress. He was a part of the ‘Gropegate scandal’. He has been said to have a lovechild with his private plane’s former flight attendant, Tammy Tousignant in 2003 and like Tiger Woods, one of his mistress, Gigi Goyette Jeffers has come out in the open and bared all that there is left to know about him.

Maria Shriver, who has been from a family of Democrats, with her mother, Eunice, being the sister of John F. Kennedy, she has always supported Arnold, who was a Republican. Their marriage was a dream come true and an inspiration for many for surviving tough times that the two had together. She even put her career on hold for over seven years while she was supporting Arnold for his run for governorship. Maria is completely disturbed and here are certain ways we can suggest to her to reduce her pain, if not to completely heal.

1. Claim back your life

The very first step to healing is to claim back your life. You and your emotions are not under anyone’s command and nobody in the world must possess the authority to dictate how you would feel. Get up, shake yourself from the pain and march on to face the day with a smile on your face. When you claim back your life, the hurt will reduce tremendously.

2. Forgive and forget

Though easier said than done, the only way that you can lift the weight off your chest and rid yourself from the pain is by forgiving and forgetting. You have to ensure that if you forgive someone from your heart for what they have done, you can forget this incident like a nightmare and move on in life.

3. Keep yourself as busy as you can

When you keep yourself as busy as you possibly can, it will give you no time for self-pity and pain and you will be stronger than ever. Your life has always been deeply connected to charity and keeping yourself busy with charity will give you a lot of inner peace. Gearing yourself up to start your career afresh and aiming to reach new heights will give your life the much needed momentum.
