Living a worry free life is the dream of every person on the face of this earth. But how many actually do it? Are you living a worry free life or are you entangled in the jungle of problems, issues and rut of life like many of us are? 1. Don’t worry about the past simply because you can’t change it

Is your past killing your present? There are many of us who have had troubled pasts but that does not mean that we ruin our present lives worrying about what happened a few months or a few years back. Reaffirm the fact that your past cannot be changed, and hence, there is no point worrying about it. We know that it is easier said than done, but remind yourself again and again that there is nothing you can do today to change what happened yesterday.

2. Don’t worry about the future, it’s not in your hands

Okay, so we’ve talked about the past. What about the future? Is it worth worrying about what is going to happen in the future? We don’t think so.
