The temptation to drink a lot during the holiday is sometimes too hard to resist. But drink less and stick to a few glasses of drinks if you are drinking more than once in a week. Especially on Christmas, stick to two glasses a day if you want to stay fit and drive back home safe.

Do not forget to drink lots of water in between your meals and your drinks, as water taken in the right quantities can help you stay fit. They fill you up and make you eat less and drink less.
