Before beginning to apply the nail polish, it is best to apply some base coat. The base coat must be thin and dry before you commence the nail polish applying act. It is probably a good idea to buy quick dry nail polish.
Apply a thin first coat of nail polish horizontally on your nails and let it dry. On top of this, apply the second coat. It is important to let each coat dry before beginning the next one.
Let the nail polish dry naturally, or you could use a blow dryer if you are in a hurry. But hold the dryer at a safe distance from your nails. For the nail polish to last longer, you can soak your hands in cold water for sometime. The cold water will solidify the nail polish thus ensuring that it doesn’t come off that quickly.
