1. Wash your feet as much as you can

It is important to keep the feet clean at all times. If you wear shoes regularly to work, you need to air out your feet and also wash them to get rid of the bacteria and the sweat. You should also take proper care to wash the dirt of your toenails and also clip them regularly.

2. Exfoliate your feet

Exfoliating your feet is basically getting rid of the dead cells in your feet. Getting rid of the old layer and the dead cells in your feet make the feet soft. Doing it on a daily basis will keep your feet soft for a long time. You can either use a scrub for exfoliating or just place your feet in warm water for a few minutes and gently rub off the dead cells off your skin.

3. Apply oil to your feet when you get the time

It is not a good idea to apply oil on your feet before you go to bed as you would get the oil all over the sheets. But when you have the time during the day or before going to bed, gently rub oil on your feet and massage them. You can even do this while watching TV. Oils such as olive oil and coconut oil have a lot of vitamins and antioxidants and are good for your skin and feet.
