In today’s times, Hollywood has a long list of celebs that work very hard at the gym and follow a strict dietary schedule in order to get a fit and healthy body. Shedding off the extra pounds and getting into shape for either an upcoming project or just personal satisfaction has become a very popular trend in Hollywood nowadays and its hard to decide who among them is the “fittest”. Her attitude problems have resulted in her not doing so well with the directors, but her fit body sure knows how to stop people in their tracks. She strictly follows a healthy diet pattern and according to her, she is not a "fitness fanatic". She works out using the planks, ab circuit, and steady cycling.

Boasting the strength of a real vampire along with a fit body, Ian definitely knows how to keep girls all over him. He does not use any gym equipment and practices normal everyday exercises like pushups and pull-ups to build a healthy body and burn extra calories.
