2. Include fiber in your diet

After sixty, you have to face problems with digestion. It is good to include lots of fiber in your diet to prevent digestion problems. Daily fiber intake will help to prevent the problem of constipation and indigestion. Include wheat bran and fresh fruits for your daily fiber intake.

3. Cut down on alcohol and cigarettes

This might sound tough to you. But, it is important to reduce the intake of drinks. At this age, excessive smoking and drinking will lead to the risk of stroke. It could also lead to various other diseases in the body. It is advisable to limit the intake of drinks.

4. Learn to relax

Sit back and relax as often as you can. Feel happy for having a well settled family. Seek happiness by playing with your grand children. Do not put any burden on yourself regarding responsibility. You have done your bit; now let others take the decisions in life.
