4. Avoid eating if you are stressed

Many times it so happens that stress increases your craving for sugary stuff or simply anything that comes your way. Avoid doing that. Find alternatives like taking a walk in the office, talking to someone, reading an anecdote, or just sitting with your eyes closed and taking a deep breath. This will not only make you stress free but you will also not end up eating wrong.

5. Mind your dinner

As you are a working woman, you need to do a lot of work not only in the office but also at home. See that you take a nutritious dinner before retiring to bed. Add protein to your diet in whichever form you want. It could be sprouts, milk products, or eggs. Take some liquid along with your food. Once in a while, alcohol is good but it contains lot of calories, so go for some good fruit based beverage so that you can have a healthy start the next day.

6. Give yourself a healthy treat

You need not eat just healthy and forget about eating desserts or treating yourself with your favorite food once in a while. You can do that more often if you find out good recipes for healthy desserts. A bowl of fresh fruits topped with a scoop of ice-cream could be one option. See that your ice cream is less in comparison to fruits. Eating dry fruits along with fresh fruits is also a great way of treating yourself.
