1. Must be firm at decision making

If anyone wants to be a good leader, they need to be good at their decision making skills. They shouldn’t be faltering in making decisions that are good for the team or organization. 2. Must be able to inspire others

5. Must handle emergency situations well

Good team leaders must be capable of dealing with emergency situations. If there is a crisis, team leaders must keep their cool and also help other members to deal with it. They should not panic because if the leader is nervous, then no one can hold the team together. So, team leaders should maintain peace, act quickly but smartly, and lead the team out of the crisis.
