4. Apply hair-friendly juices

Have you ever tried using garlic, onion or ginger juice on your scalp? If no, then try using it, one at a time. These natural juices are very effective in preventing hair fall. Apply any of the juices on your scalp overnight and wash it off in the morning using a mild shampoo. You can also use aloe vera, henna and wheat grass juices for the same purpose.

5. Focus on your diet

What goes inside very much reflects outside. If your diet lacks essential nutrients, then you may suffer from various conditions including hair damage. You can include more protein in your diet by eating fish, eggs, lean meat, soy, beans, peas and nuts. Foods rich in vitamins, omega-3 fatty acids, zinc are very essential for healthy hair. Include spinach in your diet. It is a rich source of iron, beta carotene, vitamin C and folate that helps in keeping the hair follicles healthy.

6. Brush your hair properly

Use a boar-bristle brush every day to brush your hair at least once, from scalp to ends. By doing it, the natural oils from the scalp with reach till the hair end and help moisturize it.
