4. Don’t be lonely

Loneliness can be your worst enemy at times when you’re facing major changes in life. Always have someone to share your feelings with. It could be your friend or family. What matters is that this person should be someone you can open up and be honest with, and the person should have good listening skills. Speak about how sad these changes are making you feel or what is happening differently in your life now. Talking always helps to lighten the burden from your heart.

5. Double the change

While change in itself can be scary when it is forced upon you, a change that you bring about on purpose can make you happy. If you’ve joined a new school or college or job, or you’re shifting to a new town, or you recently became single after being in a relationship for a long while, you can add on to these changes by altering your previous daily routine, your food habits, your relaxing places. Since you’ve entered a new life, take a new birth and things won’t feel like a change anymore. It’ll be like a new beginning.
