When you see or experience any of these symptoms like vaginal bleeding, severe lower abdominal pain and spotting when you are pregnant, go see a physician immediately. It might be sign that there is something wrong with either the fetus or your uterus.

5. When you do not feel your baby kicking too much or moving about much in your abdomen

When you get pregnant you will also get used to the baby inside you moving about and kicking around. If you do not feel your baby kicking around or moving about as frequently it is time to get worried and check with your gynecologist.
