How to Deal with Parental Issues?

1. Acceptance

Stop blaming your parents for who you are. If you do not like who you are as a person, blame yourself. Better still, embrace that it is you who made you who you are, because that will empower you. If you can make yourself, you can surely change yourself. Take it as a challenge.

2. Perseverance

You have to be consistent with introspection, and work hard for a period of time to change your natural habits consciously. It won’t be easy, but would be worth it. Just persevere along the way.

3. Celebration

Every time you dig within and see progress, pat yourself on the back, and celebrate it. Enjoy the process of growing out of issues you have had since forever. Making it fun would make it easy.

Take control; be whoever you want to be! The power always lies with you!
