2. Limit your budget on eating out each month

One of the reasons you maybe eating too much junk food is because you have no financial restrictions on the same. Calculate how much you spend on eating out each month. Restrict your budget on the same for one month and see how you go. Keeping a tab on the amount of resources you spend in eating out will automatically lead to reduced consumption of junk food. To reward yourself, spend your saved sum on shopping or on doing anything else that you like.

3. Replace your junk food cravings with fruits

Quitting junk food is not an overnight process. You will have to think of replacements to your junk food cravings. And your easiest solution to this is fruit. The next time you feel like munching on junk food, grab some fruit from your fridge. Make fruit interesting by sprinkling condiments or flavored toppings on it or eat it with cream.
