4. Start with their likes

Start with making them eat whatever few things that they might like for e.g. yogurt, carrot juice etc. Then, slowly transition to making them eat all the vegetables, even the ones they do not like.

5. Make changes in their diet but slowly

It is often observed that kids have a tendency to resist any sudden change in their diet. So it is important that you make subtle changes in their favorite food like you can add some small amount of sprouts with rice crispies or say a few carrot and celery sticks in their pasta etc.

6. Feed them at regular intervals

Kids usually do much better if you stick to routine feeding. If you serve them food at regular intervals throughout the day rather than cramping up all the vegetables in one or two meals like lunch and dinner, then the latter is always going to end up in untouched plates, no matter how hard you try. So make sure that your child gets to eat something every three to four hours throughout the day with three meals and two snacks at least.
