Touchup

Touching up your makeup may sometimes get as tough as putting it on. You must not get rid of your makeup completely; at the same time you make sure that your face looks as fresh as morning dew. As your makeup starts wearing out during the day, it is essential that you know some quick and effective makeup touch-up tips to help you out on your busy days and fun evenings. Read on tho find out:

1. Cleanse

Do not wash, but gently wipe your face with blotted paper. This is especially important for women with oily skin. It is best to wipe your lipstick off so you can reapply it later. To clean up the smeared eyeliner, use the corners of your sponge. For the eye shadow, use blotting paper to remove the blotches. Then smoothen it out with a brush.

2. Apply

Use a fresh sponge to smooth out the foundation, blush and contour on your face. It is best to do this in a soft buffing motion. You are just smoothing things up and so keep the quantity to a bare minimum. For your eyes, it is best to apply some eyeliner and leave out the eye shadow. Use powdered shadow instead of a pencil for your eye touchup.

3. Conceal

For the under eye dark circles as well as scar marks on your face, apply some concealer. Apply extra foundation to lighten blemishes and any discoloration. Make sure smears in and around your eyes are wiped clean and concealed with powder.
