A romantic candle night dinner, exchange of sweet nothings, gentle caresses and some laughs, sharing the language of intimacy through eyes, and then? Well, everyone will expect such a sweet romantic night to be followed by some great moments of passion. But just when all seemed perfect for that love making session, she just backs out, or simply isn’t in the mood any longer. It isn’t her one of those tantrums, but her anxiety and fear that might be coming in the way. Here’s a list of common fears most women have about having sex.

1. Having too much fear about pain

One of the most common fears women have about having sex is the anticipation of excruciating pain. In fact, it can psychologically affect women so much that they start developing a phobia. Some women contract their vaginal muscles so tightly fearing pain that they actually make it worse and more painful than it normally would have been.

2. Feeling too conscious about her looks!

Almost all women worry too much in bed. They keep thinking things like “I’ll look ugly”, “He’ll see my big fat thighs in that lingerie” and “What will he think of me when he sees that flabby tummy?” Not feeling confident about their looks is the biggest turn off for women and the fear of looking ugly in the eyes of their beloved is what stops them from going ahead and having great sex.

3. Having too much pressure to perform

Women feel too pressurized to be “perfect” in bed. She fears just too much that her man will feel disappointed with her “performance”. And this unnecessary pressure and fear spoils the night for the couple!
