Sometimes you can get pregnant with just one or two tries and other times it could take days and months of trying. It all expends on your fertility rate, the more fertile you are, the faster you will conceive. If you have been facing this problem of trying to get pregnant since some time now without any progress, then you could follow these tips which are sure to help you achieve your goal.
1. Do regular exercise
It has been noted that the more active lifestyle you have, the more are your chances of conceiving fast. If you are leading a sedentary lifestyle, say doing a desk job and not exercising regularly, then your fertility will be low. Keep your muscles flexed and your body active by doing household chores and a minimum daily exercise of half an hour. But don’t overdo your activeness as a lifestyle which is too can take a toll on your fertility. Learn to maintain a balance.
2. Achieve the proper weight
Being underweight or overweight can postpone the time it takes for a woman to conceive. Your ideal BMI should be not more than 25 or less than 19 as too much weight or too little flesh on the bones can hamper your ovulation period and cause hormonal problems which could become a barrier to conceiving with ease.
3. Stop drinking and smoking
Women who smoke go through menopause an average of two years earlier than women who don’t. Smoking and drinking are toxic to the reproductive system. Smoking causes menopause to set in earlier, increases the risk of miscarriages and ectopic pregnancies. These habits impair the ovulation process and prevent an embryo from implanting in the uterus.
4. Try to conceive during your most fertile period
Check your menstrual cycle and make sure you conceive in the days in which you will be the most fertile. The average cycle lasts for up to 25-35 days so the best time period to make love as often as possible in order to get pregnant in an easy and fast manner is that between day 10 to day 19. This means, you are at your fertile best a couple of days after your periods have stopped.
