2. Showgirls
A lot of hype was created before the release of this film. However after its release in 1995, it was a huge disappointment to all those who rushed to watch it. Unnecessary exposure, dragged storyline, tawdry and extremely tacky; recommend this movie to all the people you hate!
3. Catwoman
Catwoman was such a hit in the comic book series. Unfortunately when it was made into a movie, it hardly managed to keep up to the expectations of the audiences. It was openly declared as "arguably the worst superhero film ever made"! The movie won four Razzies for Worst Picture, Worst Actress, Worst Director and Worst Screenplay. Halle Berry, the lead actress, herself stated that she regrets taking up this movie. Need we say more?
4. Alone In the Dark
This movie tried too hard to keep the audience interested throughout the movie, however failed miserably. In order to emphasize on the gory parts, the film overdoes slow motions, making it really boring. As if this wasn't enough, the film features bad actors, no connection to the game that it was supposed to be based on and a weak script. It just didn't seem to make the cut to a good film.
5. Prom Night
Just when we thought a movie couldn't get any worse, Prom Night made its grand entrance. Needless slashing and bloodshed and senseless unimaginative storyline teamed up with bad actors to create one of the worst slasher films ever made!
