When Do Babies Start Walking?
“My child.” How proud the mother feels when she says this. She thinks about it, she cares for it and she wants to give it her best. As days pass by, she watches it growing. And yes, she loves that feeling. Gradually, one fine day, she sees her child taking its first step. Perhaps, its first step towards independence. As happy as she is, just with a single tear in her eye, she also feels proud.
Babies show a major growth change, when they start walking (even if they wobble). This happens when they are a year or 1 year and 6 months old. They roll around, they crawl and finally they start walking! Even if your child has not started toddling at the mentioned age, you need not worry. Encourage your child to walk and soon you will see yourself running behind your toddler.
