4. Exercise for the abs and obliques
Having perfect abs and obliques is a dream of every woman. You too can achieve it with this simple exercise.
How should you go about it:
Step 1 – Lie with your back on the floor, entwining your hands behind the head, slightly lift your shoulders off the floor.
Step 2 – Now lifting your left leg slightly off the floor, fold your right leg inwards towards the chest and twist your hips slightly towards the left.
Step 3 – Holding this position for a while and repeat the same thing with your left leg. Try doing this for 8 to 10 times.
5. Exercise for the heart
Cardio exercises are an integral part of any workout at a gym. You can do them at your home with this exercise.
How should you go about it:
Step 1 – Start by being in a standing position and then jog on the spot.
Step 2 – Increase your speed and do motion running in the same place and raise your knees as high as possible, keeping your abs tight the entire time.
