Five Ways To A Beach Ready Body

Are you ready to hit the beach? Are you ready to carry off that sexy bikini you plan to buy? Well better be, summer is not too far away and it is never too late. There is no better time to start than now – and these top five ways to a beach ready body will get you there. Read on.

1. Find a sport you love

The most natural way to keep fit and get rid of that flab! I think this is the most fun way to tone your body – find a sport that you love and go full throttle with it. I am not talking about tennis on the Wii or a game of chess. Pick anything that makes you move. Some of my favorite picks are – swimming, badminton, volleyball, netball, running, and table tennis. All the action will tone your entire body – head to toe. It will be fun, exciting, and help in burning those calories away. Here’s the best part – a tough game will tire you out. You will sleep like a baby. Pick a sport, and be regular with it. It is only a matter a days after which you’ll be itching in the office to hit the game in the evening.

2. Choose the right exercises

Have you been hitting the gym? What’s your workout like? Most of us get it wrong! I mean – whoever said that the same exercise is going to affect all of us in the same way? I know of friends who ditched the treadmill to Yoga and have got fab results. Maybe Pilates is for you, maybe not. Maybe all you need is some time on the treadmill. Before you go all out in the gym, plan your workout. Decide what areas you want to focus on. For a beach body, I suggest you focus on your hips and legs, your sexy butt, abs, shoulders, and arms. My tip – focus on the larger muscle groups first. Don’t jump on to exercises that isolate smaller muscles – for example bicep curls. Personally, I’d suggest starting with a simple, basic exercise – like the squats. Squats will shape your thighs, and your bum. You get my point, don’t you? Start with moves that attack your core body strength before diversifying.

3. Better your lifestyle

Getting a beach ready body is much more than just hitting the gym every evening. It requires a strong effort – physical and mental. You will need to stop being lazy and be more active. If it is a lifestyle change. Start hanging out with people who already have a slender, beach body. Forget the television, forget Facebook and Twitter. Bin those baggy t-shirts and get yourself ones that are slim fits. Go to the salon and treat yourself. Cut back on those take away menus. Sleep on time. You with me? You only live life once, make sure you make the most of it – literally. Be on your toes, and stop procrastinating. An energetic lifestyle holds the key to a sexy, slim and beach ready body.
