1. He is into someone else

One of the reasons why a man might say no to sex is probably because he has developed feelings for someone else and is not able to decide where his heart belongs. One of the worse possibilities is that he might be dating someone else as well and is too “spent” to have sex with you. Either ways, he may not be that interested in you.

2. He is too tired

One of the most common reasons for men to say no to sex is that they are too exhausted. If a man has had a bad day at office or has been running around all day or has a lot of mental pressure, then he may not feel like having sex. There might be too many things going on in his head to enjoy sex. Just give it a day and things might get better tomorrow.

3. He wants to slow down

If the man has been on a sexual binge then, this might be his way of slowing down and giving a break to himself. In a way, this may be his way of recharging the batteries. There are guys who go on one-night stand sprees and after a point just do not feel like having sex for some time.

4. He does not think you are “clean” enough

Well, believe it or not, most men assume the woman to be clean down there. If you have too much hair or have a strong smell then this might be a big turn off for them. It is for you to decide whether you want to make the effort to “clean” the act, or simply want to dump the guy just because he does not seem worth the pain!

5. He would rather watch a game

A man may ditch sex if there is a really thrilling game on because that would give him the same level of excitement as sex would. If he is too much into a sport and there is an important match, then you can hang your boots and go to bed alone because chances are that he would rather watch the game than have sex with you.

6. This may be too soon into the relationship

If you guys have just started dating, then he may not feel like having sex right away. He might want you to see him as someone who respects you, cares for you and isn’t all about sex. Such men are hard to find so you need not worry about something like this. Just give him some time and wait for the magic to happen.

7. Sex has become monotonous
