2. Gold of Kinabalu Orchid
To be found only in the Kinabalu National Park located in Malaysia, this flower is very rare. It only blooms between the months of April and May and it may take you 15 years to see a flower bloom! The cost for this flower could go as high as $6000.
3. Shenzhen Nongke Orchids
It took a group of scientists about 8 years to grow this orchid. It is a completely man-made flower and was sold for around $200,000 at an auction in China in the year 2005. The flower has a very elegant shape and it could take you around 8 years to see it bloom.
