Beverly Hills luncheon, Penelope is one of Hollywood's best-dressed beauties.

2. Angelina Jolie
Don't you ladies wish you could steal Angelina's entire closet? She's a pioneer in style and makes many women go green with envy. And the best thing is that her pouty assets do her dresses even more justice. If there's one word to describe Jolie's long sleeve Versace gown at the Oscars in 2011, it's 'killer.' She definitely gets all our votes for being the best dressed female actors with an extra oomph.

3. Cate Blanchett
This beautiful actress oozes pure elegance. What do you think, ladies? She wears clothes that don't attract too much attention, are subtle and well suited to her age. What we love about her is that she doesn't dress for the paparazzi, she dresses for herself. She totally took everyone by surprise with her Givenchy couture white and yellow maxi at the Oscars this year. Now, that's what a woman with style and substance is!

Famous for her buxom body, Salma Hayek has the ability to make any dress look good on her. I just loved the shimmery gray Gucci dress she wore at Cannes in 2011. And did you check out the nude Alexander McQueen she wore at the MET Gala recently? Oh, she looked ravishing in that dress. She's been looking more radiant than ever, and been flaunting her post-baby body left, right and centre!

5. Jennifer Aniston
Rachel....ahem, Jennifer Aniston has been on a trip doing nude covers for magazines lately. But we prefer her dressed, not nude! I just loved her hot pants jumpsuit she wore in David Letterman's show in 2011. If you see her recent pictures at the Berlin premier of her recent release 'Just Go With It' she's worn a sexy Nina Ricci black dress with black stockings. We call her best dressed because there's not one occasion when you can pin point a flawed combination in her dresses. We love your style, Jennifer.
