2. Michelle Williams
Michelle Williams is 31, but the actor can easily pass off for a 35 year old. She was under pressure to look older when she started acting at a very young age. However, now that she is in the 'over 30' league, her age has started acting against her.

Fergie is next on the list. She says she is 36, but she definitely looks above 40. Supposedly, she was a big time meth addict before scaling the peak of fame. Drugs do not bode well with looks and here is a living proof, along with Lindsay.

Finding a place in this undesirable list is another Lohan sibling. Ali Lohan does not look 17 from any angle. With looks that say 'at least 28', she supposedly went under the knife for that perfect look, although the Lindsay clan vehemently denies such allegations.

Rachel Zoe has gone all wrinkled and lined at 40, making her look 50 or even more. She is high on dieting, which is showing on her face. The lady should eat better if she wants to preserve her youth for longer.
