Our day doesn’t seem to feel complete without our daily dose of television. Sitcoms have been and will always be our favorite pastime. Among the number of different TV programs that are aired everyday, there are certain characters on shows that we just cannot seem to forget. Even if we forget the show, these characters keep playing on our mind. They have created an individual identity about themselves in such a way that the show doesn’t promote them anymore, instead they promote a show. This is none other than the character from the popular sitcom, Friends. You simply cannot ignore his witty one-liners and goofy expressions. His popularity is so much that his character came to form a completely independent show named, "Joey" during the final season of Friends.

The design for this King Simpson, has been formulated a number of times through the course of the series, yet the popularity has only kept increasing with time.

One fabulous haircut, and she become an fashion icon for millions. This woman was known for her transformation right through the show from the headstrong spoilt brat she was at first to the lovely, fine and caring lady that she turns out to become. We love the way she carried herself right through the show and also the way she would deliver her dialogues, so naturally and effortlessly.

4. Betty Suarez
Our lovely Betty from the popular series 'Ugly Betty' is seriously a legend who can't be forgotten easily. The time where the competition for beauty kept getting tougher, Ugly Betty came in the form of a completely unconventional character to think of. Right through the fuzzy hair, bushy eyebrows, over-sized glasses and ugly braces, lied a girl who was so beautiful at heart that no beauty out there could compete with her.

Who can forget that sexy leather dress, those diamond eyes, that flawless complexion and that beautiful hair? Xena was truly a princess. Unlike other princesses who were believed to be delicate and petite, Xena was a brave warrior who used her fighting skills to save people. While all the boys had their jaw dropping as they watched her fight, all the girls wanted to be like her.
