1. Get the right bra

2. Eat a healthy diet

One of the major reasons for sagging breasts is unhealthy diet. Make sure you take a balanced diet that helps in building healthy new breast tissues. Vitamins play a big role in this. Try eating a diet that is rich in Vitamin E and D as they make your skin healthy. Also, focus on having Omega-3 fatty acids in your diet. They help reduce the chances of breast cancer. 3. Massage regularly

In order to keep your breasts in shape, you must massage them regularly. While massaging, just do so in an upside down circular motion and vice-versa. You can massage for about 10 minutes a day.
