How to Get Younger Looking Skin?
4. Avoid sun exposure
The maximum amount of damage that happens to the skin is because of the harmful UV rays of the sun. You must avoid exposure to the sun as much as possible. This does not mean that you stop going out altogether; but it means that you should always make it a point to apply sunscreen before stepping out, and should make use of hats, sunglasses etc. to avoid direct contact of the rays on your skin. This will also prevent tanning.
5. Change in lifestyle
Of course, a change in lifestyle too is necessary to have good skin. You need to get rid of smoking and drinking, which ruins your skin badly and causes adverse effects to the body otherwise as well. Moreover, adequate sleep is essential. If you keep on partying or working late everyday, then sooner or later, the stress will start showing on your skin by making it dull, wrinkled and freckled.
Just like little children need pampering and care to develop well, you need to treat your skin like a baby, protecting it, and taking care of it everyday. Cleanse by scrubbing on a regular basis, and nourish by moisturizing on a frequent basis. That will keep the skin looking younger and will prevent early ageing.
