You must think you do not get calcium from sunlight so it does not have a connection with your bone strength. But the truth is that the vitamin D that you get from the sun helps in the increased levels of calcium retention in your body by inhibiting the secretion of parathyroid hormones in your body. Parathyroid hormones are the ones that regulate the amount of calcium in your body.
