The only thing constant about Fashion is the change every season. As much as new styles come in to play every season and every year and we see new designs on the catwalk and in the stores, we also see an equal number of styles being recycled from earlier years. 2013 was no exception and there were many new fashion trends as well as old styles and trends that were recycled. Here are some of the top fashion trends of 2013 that were seen on the runways, red carpets, stores and streets from around the world.

1. White all over

A color that was uniformly seen all the season last year was white and models, celebrities and a lot of others were seen dressed in white from head to toe. The dresses were so stylish that an all-white ensemble could be pulled off by people without actually looking like a bride. White was the color of last year.

2. Minimalist black and white designs

The 90’s made a re-entry last year with very minimalist black and white designs. Not only did these designs make a splash on the runways, but they also were spotted on a lot of celebrities and eventually made their way into our daily wear.

3. Studded rock star boots

Black leather boots with spikes, studs and chains were the in thing last year. These boots were edgy, had a rock star feel to it and was worn not only with jeans but dresses too. This was one accessory that was seen on a lot of celebrities last year.

This was a racy trend that was seen on red carpets a lot last year. The sheer panels were places in an experimental way with a lot of celebrities showing side butt, side boob and a lot of cleavage.
