1. Cucumber

One of the green methods to treat tired eyes is with the help of cucumber. Take two slices of cucumber and place one on top of each eyelid. Relax for some time. 2. Exercise your Eyes

Your work may demand your presence in front of the monitor for a long time. It is only but natural for that pretty pair to feel tired and lose its glow. Close your eyes, place your forefinger on each eyelid and massage each of them with rolling movements in a counterclockwise and clockwise direction.
