4. Eat fruits or yogurt in place of snacks

“I’m preparing for a career in modeling and putting on weight is a strict no-no for me. Whenever I feel like snacking, I simply pull out a bowl of cut fruit from the fridge or yogurt and indulge away”, says Polly, a young aspiring lady.

5. Avoid high cholesterol foods such as potatoes
