5. Eat healthy

Cutting down on alcohol or other high-calorie beverages is a must. You must eat fruits, salads, nuts if you are not allergic, and drink healthy fluids with lunch and dinner. You could have fresh fruit juice, buttermilk, or lemonade along with food. Green leafy vegetables, broccoli, yam, and other such vegetables help in keeping the digestive system working well which in turn helps you to keep up good stamina and you would fall ill less. Eating protein rich food also helps in building stamina.
