By indulge it does not mean you should dive in a bowl of chocolate. Take a hobby you have stopped because your partner was not interested. Do all the things big or small that make you happy.

6. Move in with your folks

It is absolutely okay to visit your parents and stay with them for a few days till you find peace. The warmth and love of parents and the comfort of your old bed and room can work wonders.

7. Friend therapy

Find a friend who is a good listener and who can give you some good advice without judging you. Go out with a friend, go shopping, do all the silly little things you did with your girls as you would have when you were a teen.
