4. Do not over-exercise and also do not let yourself go

Maintain a healthy diet and a healthy exercise regimen. Never oscillate between the two extremes of working out too much and letting yourself go. You will feel better when you are at a good place physically, so do not overdo anything.

5. Do not hate what you are born with

We are all unique in our respective ways. It does not make sense for anyone to compare themselves with others. Your nose may be bigger or you may have a smaller build than the others. But this does not mean you are ugly or undesirable. You need to embrace who you are and never hate what you are born with.

6. Do not lie to yourself

Many times we stay in a bad relationship or do things we do not want to because we convince ourselves it is the right thing to do or we lie to ourselves. You should always be brutally honest with yourself. Honestly is always the best way to go, for both of you and the people you surround yourself with.
