1. Eat well
Eating well does not only mean that you have to have a balanced diet. It also means that you need to eat on time. Eating a well balanced diet does not help much if you eat it at the wrong times. It always helps to eat early. An early breakfast, lunch and dinner ensures that your body gets the adequate rest and time to digest the food. Fat will also not get deposited when you eat early and work out the extra calories.
2. Sleep well
Sleeping on time and getting the requisite hours of sleep is also equally important if you want to lead a healthy life. DO not stay up in the night and think you can make it up by sleeping during the day. This habit will just make you put on more weight and make you pretty unhealthy. Go to bed early and wake up early.
3. Exercise regularly
You do not have to stress it out at the gym every single day. You can go there twice in a week or if you are the sort who does not want to hit the gym, you can exercise at the comfort of your home. You can also go for lengthy walks or a brisk jog for a few minutes every morning or before you go to sleep. A jog and a hot shower will ensure that you will get a peaceful uninterrupted sleep.
