Physical activity not only helps you keep your weight in check but the right exercise will also help your body produce more insulin. You will also have more energy levels when you are physically active.

3. Medication

Just as it is important to take the right food at the right time, it is also important that you do not forget to take your medication every day. Along with your diet and exercise, it is your medication that will help you keep your sugar levels in check. Keep track of your sugar levels and visit the doctor regularly to find if you should continue with the same medication or go for something different.
