People who constantly seek approval are never taken into consideration when things are being planned. This one is easy to notice. You have to see whether your opinion is being asked for or not. One can only help themselves get over this by being opinionated, as mentioned previously. You have to show your friends that your opinion also matters. You also have your own plans, and sometimes, they should also become a part of what you have in mind.

Several times, when one leads a life where they are always making people around them happy and losing themselves, they stop thoroughly enjoying life.
