People You Must Thank On Thanksgiving Day

5. Your friends

Friends are not biologically related, nor are they distant cousins; they are just what they are – friends! Friends can sometimes not even have any similarity in thinking, preferences, opinions as you. Yet, they are the closest bonds that you have outside your family circle who will rush to you for the most insane of reasons, who will go anywhere at your beck and call, who will break number of rules for you. They are also the ones who will not hesitate to tease you or break your neck (literally!) at their whim and fancy! Yes, we thought that you would want to thank them too on November 24.

6. Your coworkers

If your parents scolded you, you rushed to your grandparents. When your brother jeered at you, you got him told off by your parents. But what about the days your boss makes your day a living nightmare? You can’t possibly rush to your grandparents, nor can your parents tell him off for harassing their daughter. That’s where coworkers come in. They play a crucial role in your work atmosphere. No, they won’t give you a shoulder to cry on like your friend did when you were bullied at school. Instead, they will be the moral support that will get you charged and ready for work everyday. Don’t you want to thank them for making you able to survive those hellish days at work?

7. God

Last but not the least, you must thank God for everything that He has done for you. From gifting you a life to giving you your share of happiness, it’s all God’s will that you have been blessed with a wonderful life. It’s truly God’s grace that you are surrounded by the best of people that includes your amazing parents, helpful friends, beautiful kids, lovely grandparents, supportive coworkers, awesome siblings and the world’s best spouse.

Thanksgiving day, a day to thank everyone who deserves it, especially those who have made your life better.
