7 Natural Ways to Treat Anemia

1. Iron rich foods
Include lots of iron rich foods in your diet plan. Veggies like spinach, broccoli and cabbage are rich in iron. Have green leafy veggies at least twice or thrice a week. Red meat has a high concentration of iron; it can be included once a week in your diet. Apricots, prunes and raisins are also rich in iron, include them on a daily basis in your diet plan.

4. Sesame seeds
