1. Fast food
The most unfortunate part of this top ranking food group is that almost everyone knows that fast food is a health killer but make them a part of their every day routine. Foods like French fries, burgers, pizzas and fried chicken with heaps of mayo are loaded with trans-fat that your body takes days to process. If you are finding it tough to fight the temptation; indulge in fast food occasionally and fill yourself with healthy nutrients on the other days.

2. Processed meat
When there are healthier fresh meats available in the market; considering processed meats regularly is a sin. And one sin that can turn fatal for your body. Processed meats like bacon, sausage and hot dogs are loaded with chemical preservatives to make them appear fresh. But these are potential triggers for cancer. Uncured meat from grass fed sources is the best kind of protein for human body.

3. Refined flour
Can you count the number of dishes you eat in a week at home or elsewhere that contains refined flour? Donuts, cakes, pasta, noodles, breads and a lot more.
